- Returns accepted: defective and non-defective products.
- Exchanges: accepted.
- Condition for change-of-mind returns: only new products — unused, with tags, in original packaging.
- Return method: by mail · Return label: customer downloads & prints.
- Restocking fee: no cost.
- Refund processing time: 5–7 business days to original payment method (USD).
Easy resolution for damaged/incorrect items (no return needed)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you do not need to send it back. Email us within 14 days at hello@golome.shop with a photo/video and your order number. We will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Returns & Exchanges for non-defective items
- Request within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused/unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
- We’ll provide a downloadable return label and instructions by email.
- Choose a refund or an exchange (e.g., size/model).
How to start
- Email hello@golome.shop with your order number and reason (issue/exchange/return).
- We’ll confirm eligibility and send a prepaid, downloadable label when applicable.
- Once received (if a return is required), we’ll process your refund/exchange within 5–7 business days.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
- Personalized items (names/photos/printed on demand) are returnable only if damaged, defective, or not as described.
- Digital products & gift cards.
- Items clearly marked as final sale / non-returnable.
