Easy resolution for damaged/incorrect items (no return needed)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you do not need to send it back. Email us within 14 days at hello@golome.shop with a photo/video and your order number. We will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Returns & Exchanges for non-defective items

  • Request within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused/unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • We’ll provide a downloadable return label and instructions by email.
  • Choose a refund or an exchange (e.g., size/model).

How to start

  1. Email hello@golome.shop with your order number and reason (issue/exchange/return).
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and send a prepaid, downloadable label when applicable.
  3. Once received (if a return is required), we’ll process your refund/exchange within 5–7 business days.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

  • Personalized items (names/photos/printed on demand) are returnable only if damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • Digital products & gift cards.
  • Items clearly marked as final sale / non-returnable.
