Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Personalized items may take slightly longer depending on design approval.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Golome is not liable for delays caused by customs, natural events, or courier issues. Please allow extra time during holidays.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not refundable.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@golome.shop with your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost.
